Reaping
Do the Reapers only bone the Milky Way? Or are they not actually dormant and they are killing off other entities in different galaxies at different times.

"Beyond the veil" sure makes it sound like they don't reside within the Milky Way in the time between harvests. Maybe they've mastered inter-dimensional travel, as well, and have a Reaper world of their own in some parallel universe…?
However the devs see it - they never reveal to us where the Reapers go and "watch" between harvests - it's an interesting question you pose..

Yeah like he or she said "beyond the veil" but it would be cool if they didn't just bone the milky way. Bioware could have made different aliens in the mass efect games.

I think it's just the milky way
They go off into deep space for a "nap" I guess. But I think it's only the Milky Way getting penetrated
