It looks really complex, especially at the beginning. But I think only a dozen completely new skills will be implemented. The rest will be something we are already familiar with.
Although there are no 'classes' anymore, choosing a prefered profile will benefit you with certain profil bases bonusses.... therefore we will have classes back again. But the ability to preset 3 for a mission and change them on the fly will make it more versatile to react to the battlefield and your enemies.
I expect a mix of fast paced ME3 combat and a more Weapon/Skill Powernessecity in regards of defence layers and types of enemies up to the point of complete resistance against a certain Power or Ammo.
The easier the combat becomes, the more enemies you need to keep the players satisfied^^.
Agreed. I think the complexity of it will significantly add to the value of replaying the game. Also, having the ability or requirement of changing loadouts should prevent us from getting too comfortable in one specific class. I think that will keep us on our toes more and require us to be more flexible resulting in a much more challenging and rewarding experience. I can't wait to start playing around with the possible combinations!
Cooldown Weapons back in action... that alone is my saving grace as I am a goddam lousy shot.
