You should already have one for Overlord. But the Arrival email won’t come until after Horizon I’m pretty sure and Shadow Broker until after you meet up with Liara for the first time.

All weapon DLCs have been integrated into the game for balancing, so you'll find the weapons at different kiosks throughout the game.

And I assume armors like Cerberus, inferno and terminus is just in the game as well now?
