I have mass effect andromeda, it’s been on my list for downloaded games on my PlayStation forever now. Should I play it? What are your experiences with the game? I’m curious. Thank you!

It’s a good game. I think it needs more content to make complete.
I liked it, though there's a lot less story than the first three games
You should play it. Personally, I still think it needs some polishing. There are still quite a few bugs and glitches in the game that damper the experience, but still, it's worth playing if you love the ME universe.
ME:A was intended to be the start of a trilogy of it's own, hence why you are storywise on the same place Shepard was at the end of ME1.
It has a more humorous approach then the original trilogy,
Here is a link to a very good compilation (no spoilers intended)

Yes there are pros and cons and it could have been done better, but after all, I really enjoy the game (700 hours in, 8 playthroughs as of now).
In my opinion, it has one of the best loyalty missions out there.
Many people were unhappy because of the technical issues at launch and the fact that you are not dealing with Reapers or meaner advisaries (hard to find something that would beat Reaper's, if you ask me).
If you have it on your list, why not try it out.
Andromeda was a good game and didn't deserve the level of hate it got. Was it as great as the original trilogy? No, but it was a good solid RPG with some bugs that were not dealbreakers. I've played through probably 4 times, it's worth your time.
Yeah, as much as I trash on it ME:A is far from a bad game.... just kinda annoying sometimes, storywise, but gameplay is pretty good.
Side note: Be aware that you might find most humans looking more alien than the actual aliens.... and asari look the same, literally, they're the same model except for Peebee
Its worth trying. Just keep in mind that it's a slow start. Not much happens to peek interest until after EOS. And keep in mind it's not a continuation of the original trilogy. Play as a separate RPG game entirely. It is more slapstick and light hearted than the original dark trilogy as well.
Andromeda has its issues, but I still enjoyed it and I think it has plenty of story potential for sequels to explore
Good game, GREAT gameplay, story pales in comparison to original trilogy by light years, but it has it’s moments. Worth playing, just think of it more like a spin off than a true sequel.
Story is garbage in comparison to the original trilogy but the mechanics and gameplay are pretty solid. Probably not possible in your situation but I think it’s better if you play ME: A before you play the original trilogy
What do you think?
