I accidentally killed Thane during the Suicide Mission by forgetting to do his loyalty mission and taking him to the boss fight. I was wondering which of Thane’s deaths is the hardest is it in ME2 or watching him die slowly in ME3? I feel that ME3 is the hardest one to watch due to his wasting disease.

I feel like his death in ME3 fits his character arc way better than if he dies in ME2.

Well he does at peace in ME3, knowing his son is safe and he settled his relationship with him. And he dies a true hero by saving the councilor.

I agree the ME3 death is the wost especially if you romanaced him and pkay the citadel dlc
