The MW species Can just use reaper tech to indoctrinate them and turn them on themselves.

I hope they do something with the Leviathans. With the Reapers gone they’re easily the most advanced race in the entire galaxy. They also already had a slave empire before the Reapers killed them so, now that they’re gone, who’s to say they won’t try to rebuild it.

All the media I seen said ME4 isn't out yet, and Andromeda is something else

No matter the number of the next game it is still a couple of years left.

Lots of places to go for stories and lots of possible dilemmas for the new protagonist to solve for the next MW game.

- The newly-discovered Leviathan aren't secret anymore. They consider themselves an "apex" race and will likely demand to be treated as such. Do any of the other species go for that? They still have their 'fragments' out in the galaxy that can essentially enthrall others. What happens to them? Are the Leviathan warned/told to knock-it-off with the indoctrination? Invited to join Council Space? The Council itself? Are they - and everybody else - better off leaving them confined to their own dark little corner of the galaxy?

- What about the Yahg? Is there a discreet eye being kept on them to either stymie their efforts to achieve space-flight or to monitor when that might happen? They already killed the first attempt at First Contact, and it's unlikely they have developed any sense for peaceful cooperation with anybody else. They would have likely been the dominant species for the Reapers' next cycle, so they're on the cusp of being a serious consideration.

- There was a mention by Admiral Hackett about possible cracks developing in the Salarian Union between some dalatrasses and their military/STG. Has anything happened there? Salarian generations are relatively short by the standards of other species, making for plenty of time for there to be further developments in that area.

- Are the volus. hanar, elcor, etc. finally invited to join the Council if they contributed to the Reaper War effort? If not, are they petitioning even harder to be included? What about the krogan and drell? Are they given embassies or invited? Who does or does not rate entry?

Those are just the first-thought possibilities for the game to continue in the Milky Way without even touching on what might be possible for Andromeda (as stand-alone or possibly connected).

I think salarians might keep tabs on some pre space civilizations. If they became a problem the alliance and the Hierachy would deal with them

They already were keeping tabs as we saw in Priority: Sur'Kesh. There was a console entry about discreetly uplifting the yahg with plausible deniability on the part of the Salarians. What was that plan? What else was cooking away in their 'Research & Development' department(s)?
