The Banshees are the most terrifying looking creatures that I've seen in the trilogy. They are like something out of a nightmare. If I would see one, I would scream and run away as fast as I could. I don't think I've ever seen a creature more terrifying!!
Ravagers are the most disgusting with all that yellow pus. Cannibals are dumbest of the lot. Once they start feeding their easy pickings. Husks aren't very interesting to look at. Marauders don't look much different from regular Turians.
Banshees and Brutes are tied for the ugliest monster.
