That's awesome but wrap can still be dodged at least. So it would be useful against Marines but when people are outnumbered by Marines or are facing Spartans they'd be in real trouble.

I know I'm super late to this, but the only place that the Alliance has a significant advantage over the UNSC is in terms of weaponry issued to its ground troops.

The UNSC still rely on chemical propellants, which after fighting the Covenant for a quarter century, they really should have improved upon.
