Players may be able to make Shepard male or female in the games, so it makes one wonder if Shepard will be a man or a woman in the show, since one can't make such selections when watching a program.
I agree with mysteryskulls since otherwise it is bound to upset people who play the opposite. But also having Shepard in a Tv show sounds risky given that He/she haven’t got a set personality,background and speciality since We pick them.
I feel like this show hasn't much chance to win, probably even less than the new game, hell i'm already kinda upset at the idea of a Mass Effect show 😅 i still hope it's good tho, whatever it is, but honestly i would prefer if it just added to the worldbuilding instead of being directly tied to the plot of one of the games or be a separate story that is not canon.
@Thehumaneldar yea Amazon has the rights and is making it if I remember correctly also I believe it isn’t gonna be tied to commander Shepard but if it is we do know that Henry cavil is gonna be in it
@Thehumaneldar he leaked a script of the show a while back when he was doing season 2 of the Witcher ign cleared the photo up and the script was talking about the quarian geth war
