The alliance SR2 is better than Cerberus SR2. Who the hell designed it to have the armory on Deck 2? You gotta take the lift to deck 2 to get to the armory then back to the lift to the shuttle deck just to get to your mission. Alliance had just like the SR1.
The Alliance improved and fixed many of the shortcommings of the Cerberus version.
Both SR2 versions have the firepower of something akin to a dreadnought but with the mobility of a frigate. The Alliance SR2 had the best crew.
@Lethal blade00 No it doesn’t. Thanix cannons are just a type of weapon with some more powerful than others. At most the Normandy has the firepower of a cruiser but definitely not a dreadnought.
@Tyboz9 forgot about cruiser so What I meant to say was that the SR2 had weapon capapabilities above What its class typically has.
I wished SR2 had a bit of customization in ME3. I understand the Alliance would want to do things their way, but there was no need to remove the armory from Deck 2. Also, I disliked how they gutted Mordin's Lab. Still, I was happy the crew moved around the ship between missions (and not just in cutscenes).
@An Unnamed Primarch So the science lab was moved to the med bay, I guess. The armory is in the shuttle bay or where the Mako was in me1. It's alliance standards on their ships.
In me1, you can change the partys' equipment there. Also the quarter master; the guy you buy/sell on the Normandy; has a desk with guns on top of it.
Only thing I hate about Alliance SR-2, why in the living snot put that barrier on the ship? That’s so annoying!
The Alliance SR2 felt the most grand and advanced(obviously advanced) feeling like you could do a lot more with it. I believe it has the msot levels than other versions but to me it felt the most active. Not sure why. Maybe because the companions can be in different parts of the ship at times. Or maybe because it "looks" better.
