Elcor is slightly taller

Krogan is slightly smaller

Turians is the shortest

Since Raloi haven’t appeared it is difficult to say however I would think they would be around Turian height or smaller

It might depend on how the heights are measured. Top of their heads? Highest point - Top of Yahg horns, Elcor shoulders (they move on all fours essentially), Turian crests, or Krogan humps? These all might prove wildly variable and the Raloi have never even been seen in game.
