Interesting idea)
Before anybody says anything:
1) I know that the Geth Outreach Corps can only exist if you didn't destroy the geth in ME3.
1. Blind Eyes: a medium-sized shipping company founded by former smugglers.
During the Reaper War many trade routes were disrupted, and galactic governments came to rely on smugglers for a lot of their needs. Naturally, some sense of cameraderie and good will formed between the smugglers and the government officials.
After the war, a big number of smugglers formed the Blind Eyes shipping company. They primarily operate in the Citadel Space and on the fringes of the Terminus Systems.
Despite the elimination of the Reaper threat, communication and logistics aren't as reliable as they used to be, so Blind Eyes enjoy a steady supply of assignments from many clients.
There are some rumors that Blind Eyes haven't fully abandoned their smuggling habits, but the Citadel Council is willing to turn a blind eye to their less legal activities. For now.
2. Citadel's Galaxy Rebuilding Initiative (CGRI): a galaxy-wide rebuilding and salvaging initiative backed by the Citadel Council.
The Reaper War has affected the entire galaxy from the Citadel Space to the Terminus Systems. The Citadel Council launched a massive restoration project to rebuild the galaxy.
CGRI's main task at the moment is to rebuild the homeworlds most affected by the Reaper War: Palaven, Thessia, and Earth. The Batarian Planetary League is currently negotiating the details of Khar'Shan's restoration since the amount of devastation is more than the nascent batarian government can handle right now.
CGRI has a mostly cordial working relationship with Blind Eyes and relies on the shipping company for most of its logistical needs. Some of CGRI's members aren't thrilled to work with former smugglers, but so far it hasn't moved past a few bar brawls.
3. Geth Outreach Corps: a rebuilding and salvage operation formed by the geth.
The Reaper War brought a lot of changes and geth were affected by them just as much if not more as the rest of the galaxy.
Now, fully sentient and free from Reaper control, the geth realized that they will have to work together with organic races to coexist peacefully. The result of this thought process is the Geth Outreach Corps, an organisation that offers help with rebuilding, salvage and security to any organics willing to accept it.
Despite the name, the ranks of GOC aren't entirely composed of geth. Geth sympathizers from across the galaxy have joined GOC to show that organics and synthetics can exist peacefully.
The reception to GOC has been mixed. Some people are still fearful of their former enemies, while others are ready to embrace GOC's help.
The organisation doesn't request payments for its services but it does accept donations in the shape of credits and raw materials.
4. Reaper Containment Force: a Citadel Council's special ops team dedicated to finding and securing Reaper tech.
The Reaper War left a lot of Reaper tech scattered throughout the galaxy. In the aftermath of the war, Reaper technology became very popular on the black market. To prevent such powerful and advance technology from falling into the wrong hands, the Council has formed the Reaper Containment Force (RCF).
This organisation consists of scientists, engineers and field agents. Some of the notable members are Ann Bryson, Brynn Cole, Gavin Archer and many other prominent specialists.
However, RCF has a second, hidden objective: secure all the Leviathan enthrallment devices. The Council is unsure of the Leviathans' intentions, so it tasked RCF with recovering as much Leviathan tech as possible.
5. Tasi vas Omega: a quarian community on Omega.
Not every quarian on Omega is an exile. Some have left the Fleet voluntarily, others didn't want to come back from their Pilgrimages. Nonetheless, all of these quarians live together, work together and fight together.
After the Reaper War more people decided to leave the Fleet and a lot of them ended up on Omega.
These "Nobodies from Omega" have a symbiotic relationship with Talons, the main faction the station. After all, quarians are experts at keeping old tech going despite the odds.
Tasi vas Omega provide sanctuary to any quorian passing through Omega whether on a Pilgrimage or on a mission for the Migrant Fleet.
The attitude towards this motley faction aboard the Fleet is mixed: some view them as traitors and deserters while others praise their efforts to create home outside of the Fleet or Rannoch.
6. The Batarian Planetary League: the new batarian government that wants to coexist peacefully with the Citadel species.
The Batarian Hegemony took the brunt of the initial Reaper invasion. After the Reaper War ended, there was no batarian government to rebuild. There was a dire need for strong leadership.
Grothan Pazness, the former governor of Camala, founded the Batarian Planetary League to rebuild after the war and to begin a new age for batarians - an age of peace.
So far, the reaction from the rest of the galactic community was positive if a little bit wary. Pazness is negotiating the re-opening of the batarian embassy on the Citadel and the finer details of rebuilding Khar'Shan with the help of CGRI.
Most batarians welcomed the emergence of this new regime, while a few radicals (mostly members of Special Intervention Unit) went into hiding.
The BPA represents change, a chance for a new beginning and it seems to be working.

Is there no info on this online? Seems like a thing that would be somewhere out there). Not complaining, just seems weird that you haven't found a solution for this after all this time
It could be a ship of the same class from a different faction, if the Alliance's naming conventions remain the same)
Note: I know that the Systems Alliance frigates are named after great battles in human history. Naming conventions could change or your vessel could belong to a different faction)
1. Argo: a frigate named after the Argonauts' vessel from Greek mythology.
2. Borodino: a Systems Alliance frigate named after the Battle of Borodino.
3. Dragon: one of the faster frigates in her class.
4. Inferno: a frigate that almost fell victim to a huge fire onboard.
5. Shadow: a stealth frigate.
6. Vienna: a Systems Alliance frigate named after the Battle of Vienna.

That also works
So, before anybody says anything:
1. We don't know how thoroughly the Reapers exterminated the people aboard the Citadel. Yes, there is a lot of corpses at the end of ME3, but there could be survivors.
2. I know Yagh are super ambitious, violent and independent. You could beat one in a boss fight and get them to join you. They follow strength and are loyal to their leaders, so it's not in the realm of the impossible).
So, the turian Spectre hunter and the drell war orphan had an equal number of votes. The orphan won). I think I'll roll all of the characters with equal number of votes into a separate poll for DLC Squadmates.
