I have the Citadel DLC, and for some reason, the encounters in the apartment aren't happening? Like, James wants to come up, but I have no way to start that encounter, or the one with Liara or Tali. Is it a bug, or have I just not met a certain requirement?

Edit: Nevermind, figured it out. I do suggest that somebody adds to the "Personal Apartment" page that the invite encounters are through the terminal, and indicate where, had to go on a rabbit hunt to figure that out.

At the end of the Citadel DLC, do you have to do the party right away? Or can you wait until you've gathered all the previous squadmated to be there?
Also, does the DLC start as soon as you go to the Citadel? Like, as soon as you dock, does it take you in, or can you still side missions and what not?

For context, tryin to import over to ME3, I've already beaten ME2, but I've just started buyin some DLC, and I wanna know if I have to restart or not
For importin characters, if I have an ME2 save game that takes place after the suicide mission, will that be the save that transfers over, or will only transfer from the moment you get that prompt at the end?
