So many good ones, Especially from the Citadel DLC. One that comes to mind is: “Shepard has a clone. Makes sense when you think about it.” - Wrex. Makes me lol.

In Mass Effect all the ships don’t need Mass Relays to go in between Star Systems, all Mass Relays do is vastly shrink the travel time between linked systems, which is why the Milky Way races can explore the entire galaxy. In Andromeda, they have the same tech minus the relays which is why they can only go to star systems in the same cluster, the Helius Cluster. They can’t explore the entire galaxy or anything, just stuff that’s close by.

Its not like the Anromeda Initiatives technology would change while they are in stasis, there all all asleep so that wouldn’t make since. They are literally the same as they were 600 years earlier.

I don’t think it’s confirmed how long after Mass Effect 3 it is.

Also, Andromeda should have about the same level of tech as in the original trilogy. All the tech from that game they brought with them from the Milky Way, when they left in between ME 2 and ME 3.

I think the only thing we know from the concept art is that new Mass Relays are being built, which is what that first picture you posted is. The structure says “MR 7” on it, or, “Mass Relay 7.”

I am curious why all the aliens are wearing masks in that one photo. Maybe the damage from the Reaper War destroyed the atmosphere?

^^ Ok, but if they were going to go through with it regardless, does he seem like a good pick? The question isn’t whether or not an adaptation is a good idea, I have a hard time trusting studios to do it right as well(R.I.P. Halo).

^ it’s definitely not an actual ghost, it’s in Shepards head. Ghost is just an easy shorthand to describe it. And not necessarily, plenty of people have spouses and such that die and then move on after, that doesn’t mean they don’t miss or reflect on that person who was in their life.

Thats cool, I never noticed that. Hope someone at BioWare noticed and they use that as inspiration for a new race.

Random fun tidbit about James in the comics, I got giddy when I was reading that his family was from Escondido, California, cuz that’s literally where I’m from lol. I always just expected them to stay broad and just say Vega was from San Diego in general. Good to know it’s still safe and producing N7’s in 2186 👌🏻

^ They used to rule the galaxy, and with the Reapers gone, it would make sense for them to try and reassert control as the apex race. When Shepard was allying with Leviathan it was saying some pretty ominous and antagonistic things.

Also, the reason I think AI is a valid option is because the catalyst and Leviathan kept saying that the entire reason for the Reapers existing was a result of inevitable war with AI. And with the Reapers gone, I think it would be a logical next step to put that inevitability to the test, especially since if Destroy is canon, it would imply organics chose themselves over synthetics.

Dark Energy playing a role in a major crisis of some kind would be really cool, since that was originally one of the directions the developers wanted to go and it was teased in the games already. We still never found out what was going on with that Sun in Mass Effect 2.

^ I’m just curious what motives the Catalyst would have for lying about these things, unless of course they don’t want Shepard to pick that option. And if its willing to lie about the severity of the destroy ending, it makes me suspicious of the praises it throws at the synthesis option. Unless, somehow, it didn’t know that the destroy option would be not as devastating as it thought. I suppose that’s a possibility as well.
