Just had a weird thought while talking to Vigil, right before finishing my second playthrough of ME1. Is it supposed to look and "feel" like it is one of those "biblically accurate angels"? Far less panic-inducing of course.

The constant spininng digital paterns, one of which would stand right above or around it's head if Vigil had a holographic humanoid form, the booming but calm voice and essentially being the holder of every single answer we need to stop Saren and the Reapers... for the time being. Destiny has a lot of allusions to religion, so I wouldn't be surprised if ME also incorporated some of the ideas and imagery into it's own universe.

On Peak 15, would it be a glitch if I was able to accept more than one mission from people who have garage keys to Peak 15, yet can finish more than one after I get the garage key? I ask because the first time I played it, that's what happened, but in every other playthrough, I was only allowed to finish one

In Greek mythology Cerberus is the multiheaded hell hound that guards the entrance to hell to prevent the dead from leaving and the living from entering.

Seems like a fun fact to include on the Cerberus page. Never head it mentioned in the game as the source of the name, but it seems too big a coincidence for it to have been an accident.

Thoughts?

I just started this game and I’m at norvia. I absolutely love the first armor set that you start out with. except all the armor that I’m finding doesn’t look nearly as good, but the stats are way better.

Is there a way to upgrade armor? Or is there just a better version of the first set?

MASS EFFECT ONE IS COMPLETE!!! Now it’s time for the second!!! I am starting the second game tonight and I can’t choose between these three classes so some help would be appreciated……Engineer, Solider, or Infiltrator.

Had Colossus Armor IX for Tali, Garrus, Shepard, Liara, and Wrex

Found six geth plasma rifles at IX (last time only one)

Almost done with Mass Effect 1. At Virmire, I have some awesome stats haha. IMO I have played much better this time around……😂😂😂 I have:

-Four Geth Plasma Guns that range from VII-IX

-Colossus Armor for Garrus, Wrex, Tali, and Shepherd

-Close to 8,000,000 credits

-Level 51

-Most Weapon & Armor Upgrades at IX-X

-close to 43 hours. (I know others in here have more hours but this is the longest I’ve played ME 1)

I can’t remember……I know in ME 1 there is a mini quest line for Cerberus. Does that and the Post Listening if i remember correctly from the rachni after Noveria change anything in ME2? I haven’t done the two Ranchi quest in a while. Always did the Cerberus one but can’t remember if it changes anything in ME 2 or if it adds any points to the EMS strength in ME 3. I’m close to being done with my side quest in me 1 and hopefully can tackle the DLC and rest of the game. I am hoping I can be done with ME 1 before we leave for vacation on Tuesday

Feros is pretty much destroyed and full of rubble, i always wondered if that was from the conflict with the Geth or if it was already like that because it's an abandoned planet, maybe a bit of both, what's your opinion?

So replaying ME1 yet again and I am at Ilos going through the bunker and it occurred to me now that if Vigil was telling the truth and he didn't have enough power to sustain the life pods for say the one thousand or so years necessary... how come we have enough power for the lights, elevators, forcefields, conduit and himself to talk to us? Was he lying? Was he programmed to kill them thinking that they were possibly indoctrinated? Or did he go nuts being alone for so long kinda like the AI we find in Andromeda? What are your thoughts?

I have never done a serious, let alone Full playthrough of mass effect, until now! I heard so many great things about the story, and I'd appreciate that i will not get any spoilers, So far very great, controls are janky but nostalgic, I am on legendary edition, so (I think it's improved) I've never played for more than after you become spectre and then i lost interest, Now, I'm slightly mature. so I think i'll understand the story a lot more than 10 or so years ago.

My thoughts so far:

I completely forgot most of the things except the opening, but yeah. Eden Prime and the citadel escaped my head. mostly because i've played other games.

What i will say though, is Jenkins and Nihlus dying as soon as you wanna know more about their character, Bit of weak story writing on Bioware's part. No offense Mass effect fans... It was shocking for a character to die as soon as the game started, and it would've been so much better if we actually had a meaningful decision like saving Nihlus or Jenkins, I'd save Jenkins. Sorry Nihlus😂Jenkins's only real relevance to the plot is that he lives on Eden Prime and he is young and ready for anything thrown at him, Wait... WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE EVERYTHING INTO A REVIEW? sorry, if you know me on the halo wiki, you'd understand that i am reviewing every game.

Although Nihlus could be saved (I THINK Garrus is the Turian squadmate, idrk. My friend gave that away. now that I think about it, That name rings a bell)

Nihlus had a lot of wasted potential, so did Jenkins. but overall so far so good

Before you laugh me off the platform, bear in mind that I am a complete beginner who just bought my first xBox (X). I always thought it was a waste of time, I was blatantly ignorant and uninterested. Therefore, I have no gamer friends to ask and I can't find a tutorial on youtube or even a picture of the controller demonstrating the sequence of controls or buttons to be pressed to get your desired action. This is for mass effect 1 legendary edition specifically.

When aiming, there are 3 different crosshairs and red squares of enemies plus that stupid camera angle during combat. So, am I aiming with my camera to pick out/lock on enemies, or am I using the Left joystick to go left or right while aiming???

The combat is driving me nuts. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey people and welcome to my post, i hope you are well. So todays topic is about the coming mass effect game, i will tell you my thoughts about the game and what i hope should get in.

What we know: We know nothing particular about the topic, or in which direction the game will go. But what we know is that the game will play 5 years after mass effect 3, it is now also official that the destroying ending is canon. But how? We got leaked a few new concept arts. The first one shows some kind of ship or base, we can tell by construction style that it can't be after Andromeda, more likely a few centuries before XD

. And what backs it up is that down at the left corner is a little info box. With a long code.

But we also got a concept art what really got me, it shows some unknown Planet with the same beam what Shepard used to get to the citadel. But by the looks of it this planet has a toxic atmosphere, how? If you look close enough you will see a torian with some kind of breathing mask, the people in the background also wear these breathing masks. You also see cars but we can tell these are still to old for Andromeda. Maybe the alliance uses these beams for some kind of transportation...?

But the newest picture shows something really interesting, it shows the citadel but without the council. By the looks of it it looks empty. But i think that through the destruction of the council a power hunger was created. But by the looks of it the citadel is in the orbit of some planet, you can see on the right a moon. Maybe the shadow broker have something in plan for us...?

My opinion: Well honestly this makes me more hyped than usually, I'm a long time mass effect fan so i was already in the hype when they made it official. But i know from my research that the game has still a way to go, it is just in demo. But still. My hype will never go down from it!

Now it's time for my expectations on the game, what should get in etc.

• New Alien races

• Cameos from old crew mates like Tali/Jake

• More deep when it comes to the shadow broker

• Longer Romanzes

• Dealing with the Shepard alive problem

• Open world like Andromeda

• No cuttet endings (Like mass effect 3)

• Happy end for Shepard

• Happy end for the crew

• connection between Andromeda
