Annea is a female angaran located in The Paradise on Elaaden. She runs The Paradise and controls the water supply for the planet. She also runs a shop accessible for Pathfinder Ryder.

On Ryder's arrival on Elaaden, Annea knows about a secret water source but rather than share its location, she sells it from her fortified outpost, The Paradise, to the planet's inhabitants for power and security on the planet. If Ryder investigates her activity and finally finds the secret water source in the northeastern dunes in the Sea of Ataraxia, Annea will confront Ryder and propose a deal.
Ryder can either accept the deal and Annea will continue her activities as she's willing to sell water to the krogan and the outpost at New Tuchanka, as before, and will offer Ryder a cut of the business. If the deal is rejected, Annea sends her guards and runs off in a camp in a camp in Gehenna Valley. If Annea has run off, Foster Addison and Nakmor Kesh have sent Nexus staff to The Paradise to replace her.
