Acquisition
Finding a dead krogan during the mission to Utukku, Attican Traverse: Krogan Team. There is a body of a krogan just off the main path about half way through the mission.
Walkthrough
Take the message to the krogan's wife Ereba, who works in a shop on the Citadel Presidium Commons.
The Krogan is revealed to be Charr, whose relationship problems are the result of your actions, or inactions, during Illium: Blue Rose of Illium. Ereba will start crying as she hears Charr's message. You can either leave her to listen, or stay and at the end, she will ask you to leave.
