| This article is about the manufacturer. For the Citadel store in Mass Effect 3, see Elkoss Combine Arsenal Supplies. |

A volus manufacturer based in the Terminus Systems, the Elkoss Combine produces less expensive versions of items carried by high-end manufacturers. Functional yet affordable armor, weapons, and omni-tools are all available from the Elkoss Combine. Elkoss Combine produces Assassin Armor and Gladiator Armor for humans and turians.
An armory license for Elkoss Combine can be purchased from Expat in the Citadel's Wards or from Opold on Noveria for 100 credits.
Weapons[]
Mass Effect[]
All weapon models manufactured by Elkoss Combine reportedly suffer from poor field efficiency, having lower heat absorption and accuracy than competing firearms.[1]
Legendary Edition: Weapons have undergone several changes in Legendary Edition. Accuracy values for most weapons have been improved across the board, and most weapons also generate heat less rapidly. The middle stat bar for weapon models no longer displays a "Shots Before Overheat" value, but instead a "Heat Sink Capacity" value. Finally, the lines of various weapon types produced by certain manufacturers have their own unique firing patterns, such as burst fire.

Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3[]
In Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3, Elkoss Combine manufactures two small arms weapons:
- M-4 Shuriken Machine Pistol

- A common but effective submachine gun. Fires three-round bursts, and can be pulsed for a higher rate of fire at the expense of accuracy. Very effective against shields and biotic barriers. As kinetic barriers have grown in popularity, so has the popularity of submachine guns. Manufactured by the Elkoss Combine, the Shuriken machine pistol has a reputation for being deadly and easy to use, but is weak against armor.
- M-8 Avenger Assault Rifle

- A common, versatile, military-grade assault rifle. Accurate when fired in burst shots, and deadly when fired on full auto. The Avenger is effective at penetrating shields, armor and biotic barriers. The modular design and inexpensive components of the Avenger make it a favorite of military groups and mercenaries alike. The Avenger has a reputation for being tough, reliable, easy to use, and easy to upgrade. Manufactured by the Elkoss Combine.
Armor[]
Mass Effect[]
The use of reverse-engineered technology in Elkoss Combine armors causes a sizeable decrease in shields as well as biotic/tech protection, though regular damage protection is on par with competing products.[2]

Mass Effect 2[]
In Mass Effect 2, Elkoss Combine manufactures the Off-Hand Ammo Pack for the N7 Armor.
- A simple but popular modification developed by the Elkoss Combine and favored among mercenary groups and military personnel on active assignment.
- Increases spare ammo capacity by 10%
Omni-tools[]
The Cipher line of omni-tools also suffers from using reverse-engineered technology, resulting in a reduced cooldown time bonus and a nullified medical recharge bonus.[3]

In addition to weapons and armor, Elkoss Combine also manufactures a wide variety of other products.
