The enigmatic–if not xenophobic–leader of the Angaran Resistance Forces, Evfra de Tershaav is a skilled tactician and quite prideful as he took insult at Ryder's offer to help the Angara
The player first meet him on the planet Aya. He is first very distrustful of you, and does not offer any help at all. However, Jaal vouches for Ryder. Evfra allows them to do as they please, warning Jaal that Ryder might eventually want to kill him.
