Tech Armor specifically says it boosts melee damage and Defense Matrix says it boosts Tech Powers, but Fortification and Barrier simply say they boost power damage and force. Do they add a bonus to Melee, Tech and Biotic powers at the same time?

Answered my own question. Barrier does in fact increase the damage on my Tech Powers. And the 30% CD increase is inconsequential with my Incinerate CD going from 2.22s to 2.42s.--Rtrnofdmax 16:35, April 12, 2012 (UTC)
