I have a few questions reguarding sniper rifles. First, what is the maximum range for a rifle and does range diminish damage? What does accuracy for a sniper rifle mean and does a rifle's accuracy rating affect it in scope mode? Finally, does Mass Effect give more damage if you hit an enemy in a vital spot like the head or do you do equal damage no matter where you hit them.
