Keema Dohrgun is a female Angara on Kadara. Keema is also the angaran representative to the Outcasts in Kadara Port.

Mass Effect: Andromeda

Keema is first introduced to Pathfinder Ryder by Reyes Vidal (a personal friend and business associate of Keema) at Sloane Kelly's party. While Reyes disappears from the party to tend to his own affairs, Ryder is left at the party to mingle with the guests. Should Ryder chat with Keema, they can learn that she is the angaran representative to Kadara Port and her job is to provide Sloane an angaran perspective. Keema admits however, that Sloane only listens to her in extreme cases; and although Sloane makes a show of being pro-angaran, in truth she prioritizes the Outcasts. Even the party they are attending is meant to mollify the angara, but Keema believes the empty gestures won't appease her people forever. The Outcasts has not soured her view on the Milky Way aliens since she judges individuals rather than groups. Furthermore, she believes it is wise to be flexible in her alliances since those who rise to power in Kadara are always changing. Although Keema and Evfra de Tershaav share information, Keema is not a part of the Angaran Resistance. Keema prioritizes the angara in Kadara and is wary of the war brewing between the Collective and the Outcasts since it will be her people who will be caught in the crossfire.

Should Ryder allow the Collective to assassinate Sloane Kelly, the Collective will seize power in Kadara Port. Keema will be the public face of Kadara Port while the Charlatan rules from the shadows. Keema reveals she stipulated to the Collective that she replace Sloane in exchange for her cooperation. As Sloane's angaran representative, Keema could use her access to undermine the Outcasts and rally the angara to the Collective's side. Keema is one of the select few who knows the Charlatan's true identity and seems content that he is more cooperative and considerate of her input than Sloane.
