Mass Effect: The Official Cocktail Book is a compendium of cocktail recipes inspired by Mass Effect, released on October 22, 2024 and published by Insight Editions. The recipes were invented by Cassandra Reeder, while the written lore associated with them was written by Jim Festante, using the in-universe alias of Ambree T'Sia, an asari matriarch's pen name.

The book begins with an "in-universe" introduction by Ambree T'Sia, in 2184. After that, the cocktail recipes are divided into different categories, sometimes according to a known bar in the Mass Effect universe. The book's first part was inspired by the trilogy, and the second by Mass Effect: Andromeda, which was allegedly added in 2819 by angaran citizen Roa. Both parts also end with recipes for snacks. The book ends with short biographies of the two real authors.
