Only some of the voicelines play in-game. Additionally, there's a dialogue wheel that wouldn't appear in-game as it has only one choice, meaning it would automatically pick it.

Speaker:

Ambassador Udina: Anderson? What are you doing here? I didn't send for--
Joker: Commander? I don't know what the captain did, but all our systems just came back online.

Shepard: Let's go. Get us out of here, Joker. Now!

Guard 1: Sir? This is a restricted area. Sir? You can't be up here. Stop or I'll shoot!
Guard 2: Freeze! Back away from the console! Hands up! Now!
Captain Anderson: Argh!
Joker: The Captain came through!

Shepard: Get us out of here, Joker! Now!

Context: Race Against Time: Final Battle: in the elevator going up the Citadel Tower, in the final game only Shepard says the line out of the following, but squadmates have unused lines for the scene as well. Additionally, there's a dialogue wheel that wouldn't appear in-game as it has only one choice, meaning it would automatically pick it.

Speakers:

Kaidan: The elevator's locked! Saren must have taken control of the Citadel systems and shut it down

Context: Race Against Time: Final Battle: while climbing the Citadel Tower, at one point salarians or a salarian ship would provide assistance if Kirrahe survived Virmire, echoing his wish to work with Shepard again one day. Note that Tali's subtitle differs from its audio file; Tali's sound file clearly says "Captain Asond" instead of Captain Kirrahe.

Speakers:

Kaidan: Commander! Over there! It's Captain Kirrahe!
Kirrahe: I told you, Shepard. We salarians pay our debts. Make for the Council chamber, Commander. We'll try to draw fire away from your team.

end90_saren2[]

Note: this dialogue was retranscribed directly from the dialogue file Mass Effect\BioGame\CookedPC\Packages\Dialog\END90\end90_saren2_D.upk or Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame\CookedPCConsole\BIOA_END70_02D_DSG_LOC_INT.pcc, where it was made non-functional, despite audio being present. All text was copied accurately, and any typos or errors are verbatim. Note that different options resulting in the same voiceline is not an error, it occurs regularly through the first game.

Context: Race Against Time: Final Battle: right after Saren Arterius's transformation in the Citadel Tower, he would have initiated this final dialogue with Shepard before engaging combat.

Speakers:

Saren: The Citadel is mine, Shepard! You cannot stop me.

Shepard: You just don't know when to quit, do you?
Saren: You have no idea what stands before you. I am not Saren. This form is only a shell. A vessel to channel my power!

Shepard: This time I'll make sure you stay dead!
Saren: You have no idea what stands before you. I am not Saren. This form is only a shell. A vessel to channel my power!

Shepard: This time I'll make sure you stay dead!
Saren: You have no idea what stands before you. I am not Saren. This form is only a shell. A vessel to channel my power!

Ashley: Looks like Saren got more than he bargained for with those upgrades.
Saren: This flesh repulses me. It is vulnerable. Fragile. Weak. Like all organic life. My kind knows true strength: the strength of metal and steel.

Kaidan: Looks like Saren got more than he bargained for with those upgrades.
Saren: This flesh repulses me. It is vulnerable. Fragile. Weak. Like all organic life. My kind knows true strength: the strength of metal and steel.

Liara: Looks like Saren got more than he bargained for with those upgrades.
Saren: This flesh repulses me. It is vulnerable. Fragile. Weak. Like all organic life. My kind knows true strength: the strength of metal and steel.

Shepard: You're parasites, feeding off organic society. Without us, your kind couldn't survive!
Saren: We are aware of your presence. We tolerate your existence. But you are less than insects to us. You are bacteria. Germs. We are the pinnacle of creation! Immortal. Infallible. Perfect. I am Sovereign! And this station is MINE!

Shepard: Turian, Reaper, organic, machine -- I don't care what you are. I'm taking you down!
Saren: I am Sovereign! And this station is MINE!

end90_final_cutscene[]

Note: this dialogue was retranscribed directly from the dialogue file Mass Effect\BioGame\CookedPC\Packages\Dialog\END90\end90_final_cutscene_D.upk or Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame\Content\Packages\ISACT\end90_final_cutscene.isb, where it was made non-functional, despite audio being present. All text was copied accurately, and any typos or errors are verbatim. Note that different options resulting in the same voiceline is not an error, it occurs regularly through the first game.

Context: Race Against Time: Final Battle: right after Sovereign's destruction, the cutscene where Shepard comes out of the debris in the Citadel Tower would have had different dialogue. Note that at one point for Mass Effect 2, Executor Pallin was said to have been killed in the battle, which is contradicted by this cut appearance, but that retconn was subsequently cut too, back to him having survived.

Speakers:

Citadel Security: Captain Anderson! We've found them! They're in here.
Captain Anderson: Take it easy... it's over. You're safe now. Where's the commander? Where's Shepard?
Citadel Security: Captain, we need to clear out. This entire area's unstable. Ships are waiting to evacuate us.
Captain Anderson: Commander Shepard is still missing. We don't leave anyone behind!
Citadel Security: We've got partial decompression and loss of power all over the deck. And we need to get these survivors back to the med lab.
Captain Anderson: Contact the evac ships. Have them pick us up at the airlock.
Citadel Security: Rescue 17, this is ground team. Meet us at the airlock for immediate evacuation.
Executor: No sign of Commander Shepard. It doesn't look good.
Captain Anderson: Shepard! Shepard! You gave us a hell of scare, Shepard. But you'll make a better hero than a martyr.

Shepard: Thought I'd need a prison pass to see you again, Captain.
Captain Anderson: They dropped the charges after Sovereign attacked the Citadel. Guess they figured helping you escape wasn't such a crime after all. You've been through a hell of a lot, Commander. But there's one more thing you need to take care of.

Shepard: I thought you were going to be court-martialed.
Captain Anderson: They dropped the charges after Sovereign attacked the Citadel. Guess they figured helping you escape wasn't such a crime after all. You've been through a hell of a lot, Commander. But there's one more thing you need to take care of.
