I think it is less work and would more fit into the universe idea when the titles "Unique Dialog", "Spontanious", etc. are given as main header and the content bellow would be split in Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3 (where needed).
In a similar way as the mission structuring is given within the planets articles.
== Unique Dialog == Heading text === Mass Effect ==== * Dialog Reference 1 * Dialog Reference 2 === Mass Effect 2 ==== * Dialog Reference 1 * Dialog Reference 2

Add text explaining ME3 dialog triggers
I suggest that all Mass Effect 3 sections of UD pages should include a short paragraph explaining how different squad combinations will affect dialogue. Also can mention how in rare instances, how "favored" a squadmate is (how many missions they've been taken on) can influence dialog (also romance). I think having this as an introductory paragraph can help reduce confusion for newer players who don't get a certain line that's listed here and wonder why. This also helps as determining EXACTLY which squadmate combinations trigger what dialogue lines for who is laborious; sometimes it's listed accurately on the page and sometimes it isn't (so maybe that should be noted as well). I don't know if there's already explicit rules on this but it looks like there aren't.
Some additional suggestions:
- Maybe a guideline stating if a line only occurs with certain squadmate combinations, use the word "may" or "depending on the other squadmate" if you can't do all the work required to nail it down completely
- Maybe the introductory paragraph should just have a blanket disclaimer that squadmate lines often vary depending on who the other squadmate is and that's enough
- Maybe a guidelines stating explicitly that it's ideal if the exact squadmate combinations to produce certain lines can be nailed down, but not required (already basically the status quo)
