This facility is supervised by Mordin Solus with assistance from Daniel and other personnel. In 2185, the Omega Clinic treated patients affected by a genetically-engineered plague. In the room opposite of the room Mordin is standing in, you can find many resources to gather, including Platinum, Palladium, a Medi-gel Capacity upgrade and Medi-gel. After Mordin accepted a posting on the Normandy SR-2, the facility came under the supervision of Daniel (if Commander Shepard chose the paragon option and let the batarians go) or another character.
