When you return to Tempest Suvi let you know that PeeBee wnats to speak with you. She offers you a chance to "blow of steam" together - no strings attached. Your other romantic partner doesn't need to know.
This is an opportunity if you aim for this achievement in one playthrough: "Matchmaker: Complete romances with three different characters across all playthroughs". The other casual romance is Keri. The third is the real romance.
