This article is about the location in Mass Effect 3. For the Presidium in general, see Presidium.

The Presidium Commons is the lowest Citadel level, in the Xbox 360 game Mass Effect 3. The Presidium Commons is divided into three floors. The elevator and bank is located on the middle floor. The lower floor contains Apollo's Cafe (Point of Interest 3), the Courtyard (4), C-Sec Outpost (5), and the Meridian Place Market (6). The upper level contains apartments (2). One of many interesting features of the Presidium Commons is an advertisement for the new, in game, Blasto movie. You can't watch the movie.

Barla Von can be found here. The kiosks for Kanala Exports and Elkoss Combine Arsenal Supplies are also accessible in this area.

Courtyard (4)

General Oraka can be found here. The courtyard is the area at the bottom of the left of the two staircases that lead from the middle level.

Apollo's Cafe

Liara T'Soni, Matriarch Aethyta, and Kaidan Alenko (if he survived prior events) can sometimes be found here.

Meridian Place Market

EDI and Joker can sometimes be found in this area. The kiosks for Aegohr Munitions, Cipritine Armory, Kassa Fabrication and Nos Astra Sporting Goods are also in this area.
