Saphyria is the asari receptionist at the Embassies on the Citadel Presidium. She can provide Commander Shepard with information about local points of interest, but asks that Shepard access Avina for more information, as she has a lot of work to do: "[w]hen you represent trillions of citizens, it tends to get a little busy."
