I noticed a bug with the group photo in that it changes depending on what you're wearing at the time and not what you were wearing when the photo was taken. I tried changing clothes and looking again and it hadn't changed, so it only seems to change when the cell is first loaded; this can easily be seen by changing clothes, standing in front of the photo, then saving and reloading. Also, when my female Shepard woke up in bed with Javik and he said something like "At least the primitives in this cycle do something well." RickyCactus (talk) 10:40, March 7, 2013 (UTC)

About Auto-invites[]

The only squadmates that are auto-invited are Vega, Liara and EDI(as well as Traynor and Cortez). Everyone else was invited manually for me.

Joker as well. And the Invite all option on the terminal just starts the party with those six and no one else. Garhdo (talk) 08:42, March 9, 2013 (UTC)

Legion?[]

I played this DLC after I completed Priority:Rannoch, but I was wondering, if Legion is still alive and hanging out on your ship, can he be invited to your party? If he can, I might have to play this DLC again with another save. I would totally trade Miranda for Legion. It might be good to include a list of possible guests, and the prerequisites for inviting them. UFOTOFU (talk) 19:26, March 10, 2013 (UTC)

The characters whose story arcs have been completed can be invited. Legion dies in every iteration of the Rannoch arc, so it can't be invited. Lksdjf (talk) 22:29, March 10, 2013 (UTC)

Kolyat Krios[]

Anybody able to invite Kolyat? I got the email from him but as of yet am unable to invite him. Also, the "visits" on the Silversun Strip for just about everyone. Is there some way to get them to show up or is it just a matter of time? I'm at Priority: Cerberus HQ so I have no missions left to do that will move time forward. Hefe (talk) 14:00, March 12, 2013 (UTC)

For starters this should have been posted on a blog, not a Talk page. However that said you can invite people to the Apartment using the Private Terminal in the Apartment (the left hand option). As for the encounters around the Strip once you have the e-mails you will find icons saying 'Wait' that you can click on in the relevant areas. Garhdo (talk) 14:34, March 12, 2013 (UTC)
Thanks. That was unhelpful to say the least. After checking, my question actually falls within the guidelines for talk pages so thanks for that. What I was asking was not "how" to find the encounters rather that they don't appear and whether story progression plays a factor. Hefe (talk) 14:45, March 13, 2013 (UTC)
If you had the e-mail you should be able to invite him. Unsure why you cannot. Story progression only plays a factor in unlocking the encounters while playing a new game, as a result, by being just before Cerberus HQ I'm not sure why you are having the problem. Sorry I can't be of more help. Garhdo (talk) 14:50, March 13, 2013 (UTC)
Awesome. Thanks. That's way clearer and makes more sense. I'm going to test the theory on my next run through. I'll let you know if my situation is linked to why I couldn't get the other encounters. Hefe (talk) 14:59, March 13, 2013 (UTC)
Hefe is correct in this instance. Since this question does pretain to article content, ie when can you/if you can invite Kolyat up, then it is valid for this. Lancer1289 (talk) 18:07, March 13, 2013 (UTC)

One Night Stands[]

I've read (in more than one place) that it's possible to have one night stands with certain people if you fulfil certain requirements at the end of the party. Shouldn't who- and how- be on the party page? I'm honestly surprised that there's no mention of them already.

81.152.229.165 23:25, March 13, 2013 (UTC)

I think it's more a matter of not having found all possible configurations yet. If you want to find out what they are for both male & female Shepard and then post them on this talk page, I'm sure the admins would be more than happy to include it. Can't guarantee that though. Hefe (talk) 13:40, March 15, 2013 (UTC)
The Aftermath section already mentions James and Javik (and has been on there for a few days). LilyheartsLiara (talk) 13:50, March 15, 2013 (UTC)
James and Javik, both specific to a female Shepard, seem to be the only examples thus far. However either before or after the party in her meeting an unromanced male or female Shepard who initiated a romance with Samara in ME2 is able to get a scene with her. I don't know if that affects the Party if done before it however. Garhdo (talk) 14:23, March 15, 2013 (UTC)

Thane's ghost on party page?[]

Should the main page include info about Thane's ghost (or something like that) appearing during the final scene after the party if you romanced him? I know the wiki already mentions that on Thane's page, but I think it should be here too because he's the only romance that gets a scene there who's already dead. Every other romance who dies doesn't show up there, in any form. So it should be worth noting on this page as well.--97.102.100.162 08:52, April 1, 2013 (UTC)

No other locked in romances can be dead at that point, I think its an ok idea but I don't follow your logic. Midnightpiranha (talk) 11:46, April 1, 2013 (UTC)

I'd like to know...[]

I'm on the cusp of starting this mission up. Before I do, I'd like confirmation that this won't cut off access to the Silversun Strip or related areas. Is this mission the end of this DLC section, or does it go on afterwards?--MadHatter121 (talk) 17:00, May 20, 2013 (UTC)

this ain't leviathan or omega where you lose access to the relevant areas after the missions. you'll only lose access to silversun strip (and the rest of the citadel) if you finally decide to raid cronos station. you can keep amusing yourself in the strip's many diversions after the party. Skipping Party to do later[]

Random thought/question to the community, does anyone know if you can complete the rest of the Citadel DLC, NOT start the party, go off and do other missions, and THEN start/complete the party? Will attempt on next playthrough and post (also not sure if this is correct location or if this should be on the blog) FS07 (talk) 15:19, June 2, 2013 (UTC)

Yes you can. This is in fact recommended personally as its the only way to ensure most characters appear. Garhdo (talk) 15:33, June 2, 2013 (UTC)

Invite Samara to the Party[]

SPOILERS: Do not read if you haven't played through the Ardat-Yakshi Monastery mission.

Just a note: Toward the end of the third paragraph of the Preparation subsection of the Walkthrough section, it is stated that in order to invite Samara to the party, one must have both caused her to survive the Monastery mission *and* visited her on the Citadel; however, I feel I should note that I was able to invite her to the party *without* having visited her (although I did the Monastery mission and interrupted her attempt at suicide). I didn't want to edit the article without first checking to ensure that this wasn't a glitch on my end (I should note that I had received her email requesting a visit in the Embassies, but I had not visited her). Balarick (talk) 01:19, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

It's not just Samara it's everyone else, you just need to do their mission and you can invite them. For example you can invite Jacob after Cereberus scientists and before talking to him at Huerta memorial. --154.20.189.165 19:50, June 17, 2015 (UTC)

66.68.51.107 - Generic comment about talk pages[]

On the subject of talk pages and forums... you people could facilitate the use of the forums by posting helpful links whenever you scold someone for it. Also, maybe change the wording of the "talk page" link button to NOT say TALK. It could say something like "construction notes" or "admin use" or some other useful descriptor. -Details of the preceeding comment: 20:17, July 24, 2015‎ User_talk:66.68.51.107

Jack chinups bug[]

Has anyone else noticed that, in the Aftermath, when Jack does chinups she's not even holding on to the bar? Her hands are way underneath it. Worth adding? Plokijuh (talk) 05:35, October 10, 2016 (UTC)

Trivia[]

I'd like to put in a Trivia section for this page to include at least one tidbit about the tune that plays if Shepard wakes up alone (or with Javik). It's the very well-known classical theme "Morning Mood" by Grieg from Peer Gynt . Just think that should be included; I haven't seen it elsewhere. Ale89515 (talk) 01:15, 11 February 2021 (UTC)

interesting. the theme might not be as well-known as you think as 1) nobody else knew/cared to make the connection in over 7 years, 2) i had to google what it's about. Well not trying to assume everyone has to know about it, but the tune often shows up in media and cartoons in the US at least - it's considered such a stereotypical cliché "morning" theme that its inclusion in the game feels comical, which I think it's supposed to. Reason For Undo[]

Please explain the reason for the undo. Tali is not available prior, even if romanced. In my last p/t, it even created the odd situation where she didn't show up for any of the party, but was still the "comforter" at the end scence by the rail looking at the Normandy. Further, there are similar hints for other optional party attendees, there is no reason she should be left out. DaBarkspawn (talk) 16:33, 2 January 2022 (UTC)

Tali's appearance prerequesites are already mentioned on the page. I'll be honest, I didn't check your edit for redundancy myself because I assumed you would have done so thoroughly. It's a fairly safe assumption that glaring omissions like leaving a major character out of a list like that are fairly rare on the Wiki (I was surprised she needed to be added, myself), so please make an extra effort to check. Ctrl + F is your friend. Neo89515 (talk) 17:45, 2 January 2022 (UTC)
Huh. I did look and missed it. Oh well. Thank you for responding in a helpful way, appreciated as always. DaBarkspawn (talk) 17:47, 2 January 2022 (UTC)
No prob. Eyes are very fallible for checking walls of text, so if you don't already, Ctrl + F "Tali" is what I would do (and did).
