"Collector Armor" or "Collectors' Armor"[]

I believe this item is officially called the "Collectors' Armor". Can anyone confirm who has it installed? —fodigg (talk) | 17:25, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

In the armor customization menu in-game, the armor is listed as "Collector Chitin Armor". -- Commdor (Talk) 17:31, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
Heh, so now we have multiple official names. —fodigg (talk) | 19:09, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

Availability[]

So is this set instantly usable once you install it or are there conditions to be met?--Anthonzi 03:26, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

I just installed a bunch of DLC and tried it on. So it doesn't seem like you need any specific conditions to use it.--Anthonzi 04:09, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

Once installed, you can use it immediately. You get an in-game message from TIM that he had it sent over. I'm pretty sure all the DLC items work that way. —fodigg (talk) | 15:42, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

Delivery message?[]

Does anyone have the text in the delivery message sent in-game by TIM? That might be useful to include on this page. —fodigg (talk) | 15:43, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

Hidden bonuses? Or handicaps?[]

Does this armor add any accuracy or damage bonuses or ammo capacity for Collector weapons? Do people spoken to have easier Renegade checks and harder Paragon checks, or some other "Collectors scare us!" hindrance (or boon, if you're trying to scare villains)? predcon 15:23, February 4, 2012 (UTC)

It's all there in the article. Nothing special for looking like a Collector. Also, Talk Pages are for talking about the article itself. If you want to talk about what the article covers, take it to the forums or a blog post. Cheers. JakePT 15:46, February 4, 2012 (UTC)

Take MORE damage?[]

It lists that as a perk. Is that correct?

I see it too. Needs to be fixed. BeoW0lfe 17:36, February 28, 2012 (UTC)

It conveys the right meaning. Example: "Allows you to take more damage (before your shields are breached)". --Kainzorus Prime Walkie-talkie 18:11, February 28, 2012 (UTC)

First “fixing” it violates standards as that is taken from a source. Second, reading the description, it says that it increases health, a.k.a. take more damage. It says it right after it "Increases health by 20%" Lancer1289 18:34, February 28, 2012 (UTC)

Noted. Initial glance conveyed different message. BeoW0lfe 18:43, February 28, 2012 (UTC)
