Double shield damage?

Can anyone confirm whether this power does double damage versus shields, like Overload? Because I swear just a rank 1 Energy drain can remove 95% of a Geth trooper's shield on Insanity. Tali's no.1 fan 19:38, September 9, 2010 (UTC)

Shield Recovery?

~~I'm pretty sure, but just to be safe, I'm asking for confirmation. Does Energy Drain restore some shields to the user when effective, much like Reave does for health?~~ If so, is it a 1:1 ratio to damage?
