I think Quarian ark could been afected with omega virus( some sick batarian bring it on an deck in 2185 there is Mass Effect 2 on going(virus also) in 2186 Ark Keelah Si'yah is starting(it is posible that some batarian, elcor, hanar, drell could bring this virus on ship(quarian and volus are always in the suit, so it is low chance on that.
