How do we know if the Cell is still called Lazarus after the events of the prologue?
I assumed Lazarus Cell was destroyed and a new project began after Freedom's Progress.
Was the investigation of the missing colonists called as Lazarus cell or Project after that?L3zl13 18:25, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
I was under the impression that the Lazarus Cell continued after the Lazarus Project had finished. Remember the project wasn't just to bring back Shepard, they had a reason to bring him back. They brought him back for the prupose of fighting the Reapers/Collectors. The Lazarus Cell, thus, probably continued under that name throughout the game. Remember, Lazarus was brought back to life, so in a way Shepard is Lazarus. -- Looq 18:45, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
Ask EDI about the structure of Cerberus. After explaining the structure of Cerberus briefly, she then says,
“We are called the Lazarus cell, which is directed by Operator Lawson.”
So, in summing up, the Normandy is the headquarters of the Lazarus Cell, Miranda Lawson is the leading operative, Commander Shepard is the mission director, and most of the crew are members of the cell.Throwback 18:53, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't remember EDI mentioning this (perhaps I missed it) - could you reference it? --silverstrike 19:06, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
I thought I did. How much more detail do you need? Anyway, this is what I did. After boarding the Normandy for the first time, I spoke to Joker than I spoke to EDI. In the course of my discussion with the AI, I asked her what the structure of Cerberus is. She described cells operating independently of each other and each cell working on furthering the goals of the organization. She then provides an example - the Lazarus cell. So, it's very early in the game. If you like, I will provide a dialogue tree.Throwback 19:26, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
- No need. If you say it is so, then I'll take your word for it. I was just unsure when this conversation took place. next playthrough I'll be sure to check that out...
- I added a merge tag to the article. The Lazarus Project and this article reference the same information. --silverstrike 19:37, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
Dialogue Tree - Tell me about Cerberus - Structure of Cerberus - Quote from above. I hope this helps.Throwback 19:36, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for the info, I'll check it out on my next playthrough... --silverstrike 19:37, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
