I wonder. Do we need more specific spoiler tags, for articles and information relating to Ascension? If characters and organisations from Ascension will feature in ME2, articles on those will technically be spoilers. Where does this book fit in the ME Timeline? Is it concurrent with the video games, or is it a prequel like Revelation? The Relentless 21:27, February 18, 2010 (UTC)

It's in between Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. The prologue starts a couple of weeks after the Battle of the Citadel. Events in Ascension are referred to in Mass Effect 2. —Seburo 21:31, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
