ME2 Defenses

Does Neural Shock bypass any or all defenses (armor/barriers/shields)? Or is it like most active powers aside from Overload and Warp, and mostly useless on Hardcore/Insanity? ShadowRanger 22:07, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

Husks

Does Neural Shock paralyze husks, abominations, scions and the like? Because Reave doesn't.

Accuracy Penalty
