Rank 5, bug?[]
On this page, we detail that the rank 5 Movement Speed upgrade also applies a recharge speed increase. However, although you can see this this reduction highlighted in the UI when you preview the upgrade, it is absent once you've applied it. Does the recharge benefit actually go into affect and just isn't reflected in the UI, or is it not implemented at all in actuality? Note that the evolution's description itself does not mention the recharge speed improvement.
