Double XP bug mentioned in "Tactics"...[]
Shouldn't this be put into a separate Bugs section? The other question is: On which platforms does it occur? I'm playing ME on the PS3, and I haven't noticed anything like this so far (and I have killed those thresher maws by the dozen). Or is this in any way related to shooting the Maw once it surfaces (so you can make it resurface and kill it once more for eliciting xp once more)?
Anyway, I haven't noticed this occurring yet, so either they have fixed it, or it depends on the platform you are playing on. Robidu (talk) 20:36, October 12, 2013 (UTC)
- the first mention of this alleged bug is way back on 2008 when this page hasn't been split yet from the thresher maw article and bug confirmation rules haven't been established yet. that said, i tried to determine if it was true and short answer is no. PC, 1.02, all DLCs.
- i'm too lazy to dig up patch notes for ME at the moment, anyone wanting that particular "bug" back in will have to point us to those (or dev statements) claiming explicitly that it happens.
