Zevin Raeka is a salarian, the Pathfinder for the salarian Ark Paarchero for the Andromeda Initiative, and one of the four original Pathfinders.
Background
Zevin Raeka was originally groomed for a life of political intrigue as a Dalatrass. However, she broke with tradition to devote herself to exploration and the sciences. Despite lacking an official political position, Raeka's natural charisma drew followers from across salarian space, gaining her a reputation as not only a skilled scientist but also a respected and influential leader. Raeka used that influence and family connections to benefit numerous ecological projects across the Milky Way, culminating in her greatest achievement: restoring the threatened biodiversity of her home world, Erinle, and enabling it to support a viable population. Her success on Erinle, combined with her leadership qualities and scientific expertise, drew the attention of Alec Ryder, who encouraged her to submit her candidacy as the salarian Pathfinder. Raeka joined her people aboard the salarian ark Paarchero, which departed for Andromeda in 2185.

Mass Effect: Andromeda
Upon arrival in Andromeda, the salarian ark Paarchero is attacked by the kett. When the situation turns desperate, the ark's captain orders her to hide amongst the normal population in cryo, and dismantle her SAM, so she would remain safe. She is awoken by Pathfinder Ryder to repel the kett.
She leads landing party on Archons's warship, trying to save captured Salarians. She later assists Ryder during kett ambush, losing one of her crew-mates. After Ryder successfully obtains information about Meridian she is pinned down by overwhelming force of the kett. Unable to save herself she contacts Ryder, saying her goodbyes as one Pathfinder to another.
If she isn't helped by Ryder she is presumably killed by the kett. She is subsequently succeeded as a Pathfinder by Lumont Hayjer.
If Ryder chose to save Zevin Raeka over the krogan scouts, she acknowledges her fellow Pathfinder's difficult decision.
Raeka later assists in the battle for Meridian, shooting down kett fighters with the Moshae Sjefa powering her rifle.
Ryder can optionally support Raeka as interim ambassador to the Nexus, which receives support from Jarun Tann, though Raeka later tells Ryder that she will not be manipulated by him.
Notes
- If Ryder decides to save her over saving the krogan scouts, she becomes the only surviving member of the original Pathfinders.
